Followcato made it a four-timer with a determined effort at Leicester yesterday. The 7lb penalty and quick turnaround will be difficult and we'll make a late decision on his participation., but he could hardly be in better form.

Just the three runners in this novices' limited handicap chase and all three can be given a chance. Followcato gives weight to the other pair having won his last three, benefiting from front-running tactics and safe jumping. It would be quite an achievement if he could make it four, but we're hopeful he can.

Followcato seems to have fiound his metier with chasing, winning the last two of four having been largely disappointing over hurdles. He's up 6lb after the latest win and I'm sure he'll give it another good go against today's hot favourite.

Followcato struck at the third time of asking with a narrow Ludlow success last month. He has been raised only 2lb so should still be there with a chance of the follow-up in a competitive handicap.

Irish point winner Followcato didn't get very far first time over fences here last week but seems none the worse for the mishap which caused his rider to unseat. He wasn't disgraced in his hurdle runs last season but he could be better as a chaser if his home schools can be believed. Hoping for a clear run round and then he could easily be involved.
