There are many reasons why you might have problems logging into our website. Please check this list for potential issues that may effect you.
- If you have ticked the "Remember Me" tickbox but have recently changed your subscription details or other information then your browser might be logging you in prematurely and you may be be receiving the Invalid login details message incorrectly. To rectify this please click the following link which will remove all sessions and cookies that our site stores about you and then try logging in again once the page refreshes: Clear All Site Cookies.
- If this doesn't work then check your browser version. We always recommend that our users upgrade to the latest versions of their browsers whenever they can and if you are still using IE 6 or IE 7 then you should upgrade to IE 8 if on Windows XP and IE 9 if on Windows 7. However we personally recommend using browsers such as Googles Chrome or Firefox for your internet browsing. Not only are these browsers much more powerful, faster and more secure they automatically update whenever a new version comes out so you don't have to keep updating your browser manually. You can get the latest version of Chrome here and the latest version of Firefox here.
- If you are still having problems then it might just be that you don't have correct access to our site. To be able to login you must have completed at least one subscription sign up process correctly or have been granted Active status by an administrator. If you never completed your sign up process on PayPal or verified your email address (for non PayPal subscriptions) then these might be the reason you are not able to login to the site. Please ensure any sign up process is completed correctly.
- To check your login details you can use the following form which will send out your logon details to the email we have registered for you. If we cannot find your email address then it means you have not registered correctly on our system before and you will need to sign up to one of our services and complete the process fully.
